These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SolidRock Coatings governing your use of this website. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, requesting a consultation or otherwise interacting with it, you accept these Terms in full.

We may offer additional terms for specific features, promotions or services; where they apply, they supplement these Terms, and if there is a conflict the additional terms control for that feature. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of your agreement with us.

If you use the site on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to them. It is aimed at prospective and existing clients, design and trade professionals, and others with a genuine interest in our finishes and services.

The site is directed to audiences in the United States, Spain and Germany. We make no representation that its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations, and if you access it from elsewhere you are responsible for complying with any local laws that apply to you.

This website presents SolidRock Coatings’ hand-applied finishes, floor systems and services for information purposes. You may view, browse and use it for your own personal, non-commercial reference and, if you are a design or trade professional, to evaluate our work for a prospective project.

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you agree not to interfere with or disrupt its operation or security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its underlying systems; use robots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated means to collect its content without our permission; introduce malware or other harmful code; frame, mirror or resell any part of it; or use it in any way that is unlawful, misleading or that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw access to the site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, and we may add to, change or remove content as we see fit.

The content of this site is provided for general information about our finishes, systems and services. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a binding quotation, professional advice, or any commitment to supply a product or service.

Nothing on the site should be relied upon as the basis for a decision without confirmation from us in writing for your specific project. Any agreement for us to carry out work is formed only through a separate written contract entered into by both parties.

Requesting an estimate, consultation, sample or other information through this site does not create a contract for work and places you under no obligation. Consultations, samples and preliminary estimates are provided to help you explore options and are non-binding.

Any pricing, lead time or availability shown on the site or given informally is indicative only and may change. Firm pricing is provided in a written quote following a site visit and assessment of the substrate and scope, and each quote is valid only for the period and on the conditions stated in it.

Any project we undertake is governed by a separate written agreement between you and SolidRock Coatings, which sets out the scope, specification, price, timing and terms for that work. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Our finishes are mineral-based and applied by hand, so every installation is unique. Colours, textures and effects shown on this site, in samples and in project photography are representative only and are intended to give a general impression rather than an exact match.

Screens, printing, lighting, the substrate, ambient conditions and the artisan’s hand all affect the final result, and natural variation, movement and tonal difference are inherent characteristics of these materials rather than defects. The definitive appearance for any project is agreed through approved physical samples referenced in your project contract.

We aim to describe our finishes, floor systems and their characteristics accurately and in good faith. Product characteristics depend on specification, substrate, preparation, application and site conditions, and are confirmed only in the written documentation for your project.

Nothing on this site is a warranty or performance guarantee. Statements about durability, resistance, suitability for a particular use or any other characteristic are general in nature and should not be relied upon unless we confirm them in writing for your specific application. Where a manufacturer’s technical data sheet applies to a material, that document governs its stated properties.

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, layout, design, logos, product names and trademarks — is owned by SolidRock Coatings or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Photography of our completed projects and finishes is our property or is used under licence and may depict the work, premises or property of our clients. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written permission.

“SolidRock Coatings” and our logos are our marks and may not be used without our consent. Any rights not expressly granted to you are reserved; the limited, personal, non-commercial use of the site described here does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond that use.

When you send us an enquiry, project details, images, feedback or other material through the site or by email, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it is accurate. You grant us permission to use the information you submit for the purpose of responding to you and, where relevant, planning and delivering your project.

Please do not send us confidential or proprietary ideas that you expect us to keep secret. Except for personal data, which we handle in accordance with our Privacy Policy, any unsolicited ideas, suggestions or concepts you submit are treated as non-confidential, and we may use them without restriction or any obligation to you.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, resources or services provided for your convenience. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices.

A link does not imply that we endorse or are affiliated with the linked site. If you follow a link away from our site you do so at your own risk and should review the terms and privacy policies that apply there.

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total liability arising from or relating to the website is limited to the extent permitted by law and, where a monetary cap is allowed, to a nominal amount. This clause concerns your use of the website only; liability for any project is addressed in the separate written agreement for that work.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects the mandatory rights of consumers.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolidRock Coatings and its owners, staff and suppliers from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This clause does not apply to consumers to the extent that mandatory local law does not permit it.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in operating the site or responding to enquiries that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, utility or network failure, cyber-attack, labour disruption or governmental action.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data through the site and our consultations, and how we use cookies and similar technologies. By using the site you acknowledge that policy, which forms part of these Terms; please review it to understand your choices and rights.

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or to the website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and, subject to the following paragraph, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, Spain or Germany, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing in these Terms limits those mandatory rights.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers resident in the EU at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and are not generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but this does not affect any mandatory statutory dispute-resolution rights that apply to you as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or the law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

Changes take effect when posted here. Your continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the current version, so we encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to a specific feature, are the entire agreement between you and SolidRock Coatings regarding your use of the website and supersede any prior understanding on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it, you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent, and we may assign ours in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of our business.
