Polyaspartic Flooring

A fast-curing, UV-stable floor for garages, patios and commercial spaces — polyaspartic systems that shrug off sun, hot tires and chemicals without yellowing, and cure fast enough to walk on the same day. Most jobs are back in service the next.

What polyaspartic flooring is

Polyaspartic is a fast-curing polyurea resin installed over your prepared concrete slab. It bonds into the concrete rather than sitting on top, and cures far faster than epoxy — often letting a floor go back in service the next day. Because it stays UV-stable and flexible, it holds up in direct sun and works indoors and out, either as a full system or as a hard-wearing topcoat over an existing epoxy floor.

Performance Floors

A floor that cures fast and holds up.

The Benefits

  • Fast-curing — most floors back in service the next day
  • UV-stable, so it resists yellowing in the Miami sun
  • Flexible surface that resists chips and abrasion
  • Resists hot tires, oil, chemicals and salt
  • Works indoors and outdoors, or over epoxy
  • Installed by trained SolidRock crews

Where It Works

  • Sound concrete slabs, indoors or outdoors
  • Floors in direct sun where epoxy tends to yellow
  • Jobs that need to reopen fast, often the next day
  • Existing epoxy floors needing a UV-stable topcoat
  • Garages, patios and commercial spaces alike

Where It Doesn't

  • Slabs with active moisture we cannot correct
  • Badly spalled or structurally failing concrete
  • Surfaces that cannot be mechanically prepared

Our Process

  1. Free estimate

We measure the slab, check its condition and moisture, and quote the system.

  2. Diamond grinding

The concrete is mechanically profiled so the resin bonds into it, not onto it.

  3. Base & flake

A polyaspartic base goes down and colour flake is broadcast to full refusal.

  4. Polyaspartic top

A clear, UV-stable polyaspartic seals it, curing fast enough to reopen the next day.

Installing in South Florida

Miami floors take direct sun and heat that turn ordinary epoxy yellow, and slabs on grade can push moisture up from below. Polyaspartic stays UV-stable in that sun, and we moisture-test every floor and build the system for the heat and damp, so it bonds and holds instead of blistering.

Cost

$6$12

per sq ft

Polyaspartic floors are priced by the slab's size, its condition and whether it's a full system or a topcoat — most fall within the range shown. Every quote follows a site visit and a moisture test.
