Decorative coatings in Coral Gables

Finishes at home in the City Beautiful
Coral Gables was planned around Mediterranean-Revival architecture — stucco walls, barrel-tile roofs, arched loggias — and those homes were made for lime. Our Venetian plaster, marmorino and limewash are the same family of mineral, breathable finishes the style was built on, which is why they sit so naturally on a Gables wall. For kitchens and baths we add microcement, a seamless modern surface that still feels hand-made.

Homes built for plaster
The Gables' grand older houses have thick masonry and original plaster that a film-forming paint can trap moisture behind. Our lime finishes are breathable, so they let those walls release humidity the way they were designed to — part of why marmorino and limewash suit a restored Mediterranean-Revival interior far better than a modern coating. On newer Gables builds, the same finishes bring that established, hand-crafted depth to a fresh wall.

Lime and marble, worked by hand — finishes that belong to the City Beautiful.
Working within the Gables
Coral Gables holds its homes to a high standard, and interior decorative finishes let you add real craft and character without touching the protected exterior the city cares about. We work cleanly inside occupied homes, protect floors and fixtures, and coordinate with your designer or architect. Everything is sampled in your own light and colours before we start.

How a project runs
- 01
Consultation
We meet at your home or our Miami showroom to understand the space, the light and the look you are after.
- 02
Samples in your light
We prepare hand-made samples in your colours and finishes so you approve the surface before any work begins.
- 03
Preparation & application
Our own applicators prepare the substrate and apply the finish by hand, protecting your home as we go.
- 04
Seal & hand over
We seal the surface for its room, walk you through care, and leave the space clean.
