Our Process
Assess & prepare
We check the existing tile and substrate, fix anything loose, fill grout lines and prime.
Waterproof the wet area
The shower is waterproofed as a system — walls, floor and detailing — before any microcement.
Base & finish coats
Base coats over mesh, then the fine finish coats worked to your colour, with correct falls to the drain.
Seal for water
Sanded and sealed with a topcoat chosen for a wet area's water and cleaning.
Installing in South Florida
In Miami's humidity, a shower is the hardest-working surface in the home. Microcement is a breathable mineral finish, and installed as a waterproofed system with the right sealer it's well-suited to a Florida wet room.
